Expn: This suggests that should the government not put in place measures to stop the increasing income gap, there will be negative impact on both the government and the citizens which will eventually bring about instability in the country. Link: Since Source C supports Source D in suggesting that the income inequality, if not managed, will lead to instability in the country, Source D is reliable and I can accept what it says. 4
