As reported by Reuters,ChatGPThad100millionmonthlyactiveusersinJanuary2023alone.Whilethebugthatcausedthebreachwasquicklypatched,theItaliandataregulatordemandedthatOpenAIstopalloperationsthatprocessedItalianusers’data.Thisisnottheonlywaythat ChatGPTposesasecuritythreat either. It isjust aseasytoaccidentallyshareconfidential informationas auser.
