BACKGROUND INFORMATION Read this carefully. It may help you to answer some of the questions. Artificial Intelligence, or AI, is a type of technology that allows machines or computers to "think" and make decisions like humans. It uses machine learning, learning from data to get better at making decisions or predictions without needing step-by-step instructions. AI is evident in our daily lives such as chatbots, online recommendations, facial recognition and even self-driving cars. In today’s globalised world - where people, businesses, and countries are more connected than ever - AI is changing how we live, work, and communicate.
