12 In paper 1, the use of american spelling is only acceptable if it is consistent throughout the composition, if it is not consistent, it will be marked as spelling error 13 For paper 2, write in complete sentences and don’t start it with “but”. 14 Paper 1, Section C – American spelling can only be accepted if it is consistent throughout the whole passage.
