Editing Practice 1: Anglican High School 2026 Launched in 2008 by the National Heritage Board, the Singapore Night Festival is more than an art display - it is a historic initiative which centres on community. By various light 1. installations, artists bring Singapore’s stories to life throughout the icon Bras Basah and 2. Bugis precinct. The festival is a vibrant hub which culture, creativity, and heritage have 3. intersected for generations. As a dynamic space for experimentation, the festival invites both 4. local or foreign artist communities to push boundaries and reimagine possibilities. This 5. year’s theme ‘Island Nights’ prompt us to look inward at our shared history to discover 6. how we can pause and reconnect amidst a rush of modern city life, while remaining open 7. with diverse regional and global identities.
