Even if you focused primarily on the breathing, you can still get much benefits, such as stress relief, better sleep, improved cognition and reduced back pain. Question 2 You should look at the printout of a webpage in the Insert, read the information carefully and plan your answer before you begin to write. Your school will be hosting several foreign students from Japan as part of a cultural exchange programme for them to appreciate Singapore’s education system and culture. As a student councillor, you have benefitted from visiting schools overseas and from being hosted by their students. In return, the Student Council will be hosting these students and your school’s Year Head has asked you to plan for their visit. You came across a website on fun and purposeful activities for visitors to be meaningfully engaged.
