As the Class Monitor, you write an email to your teacher stating your first choice and giving reasons. Write an email to your teacher saying: • which venue the class would prefer and why • how you think the venue will make the event memorable • what factors school leaders will consider in approving the venue for the party You may add any other details you think will be helpful.
