2 Section A Answer both questions. Cluster 1: Development, Economy and Environment 1 Resource 1 shows the distribution of global proven oil reserves globally. Resources 2A and 2B show the Sustainable Development Goals performance of two top oil exporting countries, Saudi Arabia and Canada in 2021. Resource 3 shows Saudi Arabia’s share of GDP by economic activity in 2021. (a) Using an example for each, explain what is meant by proven and hypothetical reserves. Resource 5 shows flood risk at Talle on the Sirba River, a tributary of the Niger River. Resource 6 shows the location of Niger Delta along the Niger River.
