This is evident from the large boat with the EU flag surrounded with problems such as economic failure, political correctness, debts and immigration.. This means that there are a lot of problems that the EU is facing and they are such severe problems that it was almost impossible to solve. At the same time, the cartoon also shows a small boat representing Britain rowing away from the main EU boat towards the peaceful sea with a bright sun.
