Meeting basic needs can be a daily challenge. What is often lacking is spaces for elderly to exercise. At 70, I can continue walking as my daily exercise, but my older husband who is over 80 years old doesn’t have the right facilities to help keep him mobile. He is unfortunately getting weaker due to a lack of regular exercise. However, I've found a sense of comfort in the convenience of amenities and healthcare facilities nearby. Whilst needs may not always be met in the traditional sense, the bonds we've formed with each other here do keep us happy.
