[2] Fig. 2.1 shows the structure of a lipoprotein. Lipoproteins transport fats from the liver to other tissues via the bloodstream. The proteins of lipoproteins play an important role in the deposition of fats to the correct tissue. Fig. 2.1 (b) Describe how lipoproteins allow for the transport of fats from the liver to a specific tissue via blood. [4]
