Explain your answer, using one way. Extract 1b Singapore declared a war on diabetes in 2016. Almost half a million Singaporeans live with diabetes, higher than the global prevalence. Health Minister Gan Kim Yong also acknowledged that the war on diabetes will be a long one, as opposed to a “quick battle”, but added that “what is important is that there is hope that we can go forward". Extract 1b states that there is a problem of diabetes in Singapore. In your opinion, what can the government do to help Singaporeans fight diabetes? Explain your answer using one idea.
