Fig 1 shows a classification of mass movements according to water content and velocity. a) Describe the nature of solifluction and explain under what conditions it occurs. Fig 2 shows the number of countries in each region that have experienced change in income per person. a) Describe the main features of the global pattern shown in Fig 2 [4] b) With the aid of examples, account for the features described in part (a)? [8] Urban Issues and Challenges 3. Fig 3 shows the population growth rates and urban growth rates of several countries in ASEAN. a) Using Fig 3, find the range of variation of urban growth in ASEAN. [1] b) Describe the pattern of urbanisation of the ASEAN countries shown in Fig 3. [3] c) Provide possible reasons for the pattern for the pattern you have identified in (b). [6] d) Suggest, with justification, another data representation method which you would use to represent the data shown in Fig 3.
