How practice works
Yes, and that is the whole point of the topical paper. Choose Pick my own topics, tick any mix of topics in the subject, and set how many questions you want from each, from 1 to 10. Lose marks on the same two topics every time? Build a paper that is only those two topics, print it, and drill it. Every draw is fresh, so tomorrow you can make another one with a different mix, or more questions on the topic that still hurts.
Two sources. An AI reads real past papers, prelims and national exam papers from across Singapore, and captures their questions and worked answers, filed by level, subject and topic. AI also writes new questions in the same style. These are about a third of the bank overall, and more than two thirds in some subjects.
Nothing is set in advance. A mock paper is drawn at random across the subject's topics the moment you generate it, filled to about 100 marks. A topical paper uses the topics and counts you pick. Questions can repeat between papers and between people, because every draw is fresh.
Answers come from the source paper's mark scheme or worked solutions where we have them. Where a paper had no answer material, or the question was written by AI, the answer was worked out by AI and can be wrong. Capture is not perfect either: a stray symbol or an outdated question can slip through, and we remove these as we find them. We check subjects against the current SEAB syllabuses as we get to them, and retire questions that have dropped out.
